Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance to avoid a rebooking fee. Please ensure you have a suitable wet weather/Extreme heat option available to avoid last minute cancellations. Cancellations less than 2 hours prior to your booking will incur a half hour charge. Non Account Customers: Full Payment is required on the day at the beginning of your booking. For your convenience we have Cash or Eftpos facilities available. If you require afterpay, please let us know at the time of your booking. Pay prior to your booking to receive a 10% discount (discount not applicable to subcontractor bookings)! Account customers: Default Payment terms are 7 days from the date of event. Should your payment structure differ, you are required to advise us in advance of invoicing.
