Cancellation Policy

Payment for service is required at/before your booking unless otherwise specified 10% discount is applicable to pre-paid services (services only, physical products and consumables such as travel not discountable) Wet/Hot weather policy: Please ensure you provide adequate weather protection for us to remain sun safe and/or warm and dry. In adverse weather conditions such as extreme heat and wet weather, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with a min half hour charge if you fail to provide these protections. Cancellation policy: cancellations up to 2 hours prior to your party are accepted except large festival events where 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations under 2 hours incur a min half hour charge. Our staff do not tolerate aggressive or rude behavior and reserve the right to leave the party if this behavior occurs. Full payment for service is required in this instance. If we, for any reason, cancel your booking, full refund will be provided if we cannot source another painter.
